Katie Roth

Katie Roth, Managing Partner, has 35 years experience in the recruiting industry.  She was the Women Business Owner of the Year from the Des Moines Business Record in 2015 and a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001.   She is a board member for an insurance company in Des Moines and an IT firm in Davenport.   She began her career in staffing with a national staffing firm and owned her own temporary staffing firm – Portico Staffing – before selling it to Aureon HR in 2015.  Katie is a graduate of the University of Iowa.  Connect with Katie on LinkedIn.
