Katie Roth, Managing Partner, has 35 years experience in the recruiting industry. She was the Women Business Owner of the Year from the Des Moines Business Record in 2015 and a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2001. She is a board member for an insurance company in Des Moines and an IT firm in Davenport. She began her career in staffing with a national staffing firm and owned her own temporary staffing firm – Portico Staffing – before selling it to Aureon HR in 2015. Stephanie Cox, Director, has 10 years experience in recruiting and was a small business owner for 8 years. Stephanie is a graduate of Valley High School in West Des Moines and Central College in Pella. She was an outstanding softball player in both high school and college and says recruiting is much like softball. Each pitch must be tailored for the batter.
